Prakash Associates

Prakash Associates is located on the 3rd floor at 308, 1st Main Road in Seshadripuram. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit and get through the paperwork. We’ve been in Seshadripuram for a good while. It's a busy part of town, always lots of noise from the 1st Main Road filtering up. We’ve got a small team here. We don't have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, we just make our own tea in the back. Most of our day is spent at our desks, handling whatever comes in. We don't go in for big meetings or polished presentations. It's more about just staying organized and making sure nothing gets missed. People find us because they know the address. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly it’s just other buildings. We’ve got stacks of files and a couple of old computers that still work fine. It’s a simple setup. We like it this way because it’s practical. No need for extra fluff when you’re just trying to run a business. We stay open pretty late most days to finish up. That’s just how things go for us here at 308. We just get on with it and stay busy.
