We are located in the Kamalanagar area of Bangalore, right at the corner of 1st Main and 2nd Cross. Our office is on Basavanna Temple Road, which is a fairly busy residential and commercial street. Since we are in Bangalore, we deal with a lot of people looking for places to stay or invest in around this side of the city. We don’t have a big fancy showroom with lights and displays. It’s just a small shopfront where we keep our local maps and property listings. Most of the time, we are out of the office showing people different houses or plots of land nearby. The traffic on Basavanna Temple Road can get quite backed up, especially on festival days when people visit the temple. We have lived and worked in this part of Bangalore for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the quiet streets pretty well. Our furniture is a bit mismatched, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We just sit down with a cup of coffee and talk through what people are looking for. There’s no corporate talk or complicated processes here. We just try to help folks find a decent place that fits their budget. It’s a simple business and we like to keep the atmosphere relaxed for anyone who walks in.
