Powertronix Systems Pvt. Ltd. sits right in the middle of the Industrial Town in Rajajinagar. Our spot is at Number 69 on the 4th Cross. If you know the 6th Main area, you know it’s always loud with trucks and machines. We’ve been in this 6th Phase, 1st Stage area for a while. It’s the kind of place where everyone is busy doing something mechanical. The W.O.C. Road is always packed, which makes getting parts in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. Inside the shop, it’s mostly about power systems and keeping things running. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are more worried about the equipment. There is a lot of metal and wire everywhere. It isn’t the quietest place to work, especially when the neighbors are running their heavy gear. We have a few desks tucked in the back for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor. Most of our guys have grease on their hands by noon. We don’t really do fancy meetings. Usually, we just talk over a coffee about what needs to be finished by Friday. It’s a straightforward setup. No one wears a suit here. We just come in, do the technical work, and head home when the sun goes down. It’s a solid place to work if you don’t mind the noise and the constant activity of an industrial neighborhood.
