Powerica Limited

Our office is over at Mota Chambers on Millers Road. It’s room 304. Being on Millers Road means we are right in the thick of things. It’s a busy area and the building has been there for quite some time. We handle power-related stuff, which means a lot of technical talk and looking at diagrams. Powerica Limited isn’t a new name around here. We’ve been operating out of this space, dealing with engines and generators and all that heavy equipment. The office isn't huge, but it's where we coordinate everything. You’ll usually find us on the phone or sitting around the big table trying to figure out schedules. It’s a lot of coordination between the sites and the office. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or art on the walls. It’s mostly just files and computers. Millers Road can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, but we’ve managed for years. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. People come by for meetings or to drop off paperwork. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just focus on the machines and the people who need them. It's a steady pace. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that's just a normal day for us at Mota Chambers. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs and keeping things running.
