You can find us over at No.1, on the 14th Main Road in Vasanthanagar. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, and being on the main road makes it easy for people to spot us. The office here for Power Integrations isn't anything over the top. It’s just a regular workplace where we sit at our desks and handle the day-to-day business. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea, which is probably the most popular spot in the office during the afternoon slump. The traffic outside can get pretty loud, especially during the morning rush hour when everyone is trying to get through Vasanthanagar. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and people talking on the phone. We don’t really go in for those fancy corporate slogans or mission statements you see on big company walls. We just come in, do our hours, and try to make sure everything runs smoothly. Our team is fairly small, so we all know each other well and there isn’t much of that formal hierarchy stuff you get in bigger places. Sometimes we have meetings in the small conference room, but mostly we just chat across the desks if something needs to be sorted out. It’s a practical environment. We focus on the technical side of things and making sure our clients get what they need without any unnecessary fuss or complicated procedures.
