Power Blitz

We are situated on the 100 Ft Ring Road in Banashankari 3rd Stage. You will find us on the third floor of the Marathi Arcade, which is building number 12. If you are familiar with the area, we are right above where Food World used to be, near the Kathriguppe Circle. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the ring road traffic. It is always moving out there. Inside, we have packed a lot into the space. There are weights, some benches, and the usual cardio machines. The floor is a bit old but it holds up well. We have some fans that we keep on high because the afternoon sun hits the windows pretty hard. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. People come here to sweat and then they head back to their lives. We have a lot of guys from the surrounding blocks coming in. The trainers are usually around if a machine needs a quick fix or if someone looks lost. We do not do the fancy towel service or anything like that. You just bring your own gear and get to work. It is a bit loud sometimes with the music and the road noise, but it keeps the energy up. We have been in this building for a good while now and people know where to find us.
