We’ve been at 735 Mathru Chaya for a while now, right near the 80 Feet Road by Papareddy Playa Circle. It’s a busy spot in Nagarbhavi 2Nd Stage, but we like it here. People often ask what Potential Project Managers is all about. Honestly, we just handle projects. We show up, look at what needs doing, and get to work. Dealing with construction or big site work in Bangalore means navigating a lot of traffic and paperwork, so we spend a lot of time on our phones or driving between sites. Our office isn't anything fancy. It’s just a place where we keep our files and meet up in the mornings before heading out. Sometimes the coffee machine works, sometimes it doesn't. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with shiny glass windows. We are just local folks who know how to manage a timeline. If you’re around the Nagarbhavi area, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s been there for years. Work keeps us busy, especially with all the new buildings coming up around the circle. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of our jobs come from people just knowing who we are or stopping by the office to talk. It's pretty straightforward. We take the plans, figure out who needs to be where, and try to keep things moving so nobody is sitting around waiting. That is pretty much the daily routine for us here in Bangalore.
