We are based out of Upparahalli at No. 30, Gramadevarha Street. We’re tucked in there with B.R. Venkatesh Babu and P.S. Rama Krishna. It’s a local spot in Bangalore, and we’ve been operating Potential Project Managers (P) Ltd., from here for quite a while. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our work and keep our records. Most of what we do involves managing different construction and infrastructure projects. It means a lot of early mornings and late nights making sure everything is lined up for the next day. We don't use a lot of corporate talk. If a wall is crooked, we say it’s crooked and get it fixed. We deal with real problems on real sites. Being in Upparahalli means we are close to the heart of the city, which helps when we need to get to different locations quickly. Our team is small, and we mostly just talk to each other and our clients in plain terms. We don't have a big marketing budget because we don't really need one. Most people hear about us through word of mouth. We just show up, do the job of managing the site, and move on to the next one. It’s steady work, and we like the feeling of seeing a project actually get completed after all the planning. It keeps us quite busy.
