You can find Potential Project Managers (P) Ltd over at Janani Apartments, number 23, right in the Swimming Pool Extension of Malleswaram. Malleswaram is one of those parts of Bangalore that still has a bit of the old character left, and we like being based here. Our office is tucked away in the apartment building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate environment. It’s more like a home office that grew too big. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of shelves for all the project folders. We spend most of our days keeping track of various building sites. It involves a lot of checking on workers and making sure the supplies arrived. Sometimes we have to deal with rain delays or traffic problems, but that is just life in Bangalore. We aren't big on slogans or fancy mission statements. We just try to manage things so the owners don't have to worry about every little detail. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we know most of the local contractors. If something isn't right on a site, we go down there and see what happened. It's practical work. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to get these projects finished on time. It’s a simple life, but it keeps us on our toes.
