We are located in Oxford Towers at No.411, right on Old Airport Road in Kodihalli. If you’re looking for us, we’re directly opposite the Leela Palace, which is a big enough landmark for anyone to find. Portea Medical has been operating out of this office for a good bit now. It’s a busy building with a lot of people coming and going. Inside our space, things are usually moving pretty fast. We have a lot of coordinators and staff who spend their time organizing care for people at their homes. It’s not like a hospital where you see patients in the hallway. It’s more of a hub where we manage all the logistics. The traffic on Old Airport Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to get in early or stay a bit late. The office itself is functional. We’ve got computers, phones ringing constantly, and plenty of files. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with fancy décor. We just need a place to work and make sure our field staff know where they need to be. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore long enough to see how much it’s grown. Sometimes the elevators in the tower take forever, so you learn to be patient. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs, trying to keep everything organized. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’ve got a system that works for us and the folks we help.
