Our facility is located at 15/B-3 in the Jigani Industrial Area, which is part of Anekal Taluk. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by other factories and a lot of heavy truck traffic. Poornashree Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. has its roots here. The atmosphere is very focused on production and logistics. Every day, we have to deal with the realities of handling chemicals, which means following a lot of specific steps and keeping an eye on safety. It is not the cleanest environment because of all the machinery and containers, but we keep our workspace as tidy as we can. Our office is right next to the production floor, so you can always hear the hum of the equipment in the background. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the inventory is up to date. It is a technical kind of job, but we talk about it in simple terms. There are no corporate retreats or fancy mission statements here. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the orders are ready for dispatch. The commute to Jigani can be a bit long because of the traffic, but once we are here, there is always plenty to do. We have a small group of dedicated workers who know exactly what their roles are. It is hard work, but it is what we know how to do.
