Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd

Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd is located over at Vijaya Nagar 433. It’s an industrial sort of place, so it isn't exactly pretty to look at. We have a lot of trucks coming and going throughout the day, which keeps things moving. The office part is separate from where the actual materials are handled. It gets a bit noisy with all the machinery and the loading, but you get used to it after a week or two. I’ve been in the office for about five years now. My desk is right by the window, so I watch the gate. We have a small team here, and we mostly just focus on getting the orders out on time. There’s a lot of paperwork involved with chemicals and oxides, as you can imagine. We have to be careful with the records. The break room has a microwave that smells like popcorn half the time. It’s a regular workplace, nothing too fancy. We wear boots and high-vis jackets when we go out to the yard. Vijaya Nagar is a big area, but this specific corner is mostly warehouses and factories. We don’t get many visitors who aren't drivers or suppliers. It’s a lot of work, and the days can be long, especially in the summer heat when the warehouse gets stuffy. But we have a good group of people here who just get the job done without making a big fuss about it.
