Polyklad Structural Pvt. Ltd. is situated at SY. NO. 122/1, Railway Colony Road, in Pampa Nagar, Yeshwanthpur. It’s a gritty part of town, right near the tracks. You can hear the trains passing by pretty often, which took us some time to get used to. We do structural work, so there is a lot of heavy lifting and metal around. The yard is usually full of materials waiting to be moved. It’s not the cleanest place, but that’s the nature of construction and structures. Our guys wear their boots and gear all day, and there’s always someone welding or grinding something. We don't have a polished front office. Most of our meetings happen right there on the floor or near the entrance where it's a bit quieter. The dust from the road and the work settles on everything, so we are always wiping down the desks. It’s hard work, and the days can be quite long, especially when we have a deadline for a project. We usually start early before the sun gets too high because it gets really hot under the metal roof. There’s a certain rhythm to the noise here. We aren't much for fancy talk. We just focus on the drawings and the steel. It's a practical business, and we've been in this spot long enough that everyone in Pampa Nagar knows who we are and what we do.
