P.L.Raju Constructions

We have a spot in Dwarka, New Delhi, right in Sector 19 B. We operate out of a flat in one of those multistory buildings in Pocket-1, number 140. It’s not your typical office, but it works for what we need. P.L.Raju Constructions is a small setup here, and we use the space to manage our projects across the city. Dwarka is a big area, and being in Sector 19 puts us near a lot of ongoing work. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, mostly trying to get permissions or ordering trucks to different sites. The building is usually quiet during the day when everyone is out, which helps us focus on the numbers. We aren't trying to look like a massive company. We are just a few people working out of a flat, trying to make sure our construction jobs go smoothly. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, or the parking is a nightmare, but that’s just Delhi life. We don’t have a big sign out front or anything. Most of our clients just know us by word of mouth. We don’t use any special mission statements or corporate slogans. We just get the drawings done, pay the bills, and make sure the sites have what they need. It’s a lot of juggling, but we’ve gotten pretty good at it over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
