We have been around the Kempa Pura Road area for a good while now. P.L.Raju Constructions Ltd. is based right near the Cabs Building in Bangalore. It is a busy spot but we like it here. People often ask us where exactly the office is, so we just tell them to look for the stir site. Being a local business means we deal with the daily traffic and the changing face of the city every single day. Most of our time is spent on the actual sites, so the office is just a place to catch up on paperwork and grab a tea. We are not some massive corporate giant with fancy glass walls and a lobby. It is more about getting the work done and making sure things are built properly. Bangalore has changed a lot since we started, especially around the 560037 area. Sometimes it gets really loud with all the construction noise nearby, but that is just how it is in this part of town. If you are driving down Kempa Pura Road, you have probably passed our place plenty of times. We do not spend much on advertising or big signs because most people around here already know who we are. It is just us and a small crew mostly. We have had the same address for a long stretch of time. It is funny how you get used to the rhythm of a specific neighborhood like this one near the stir site.
