Our place, Plastech Construction Technology India Pvt. Limlited, is located out in Madanayakana Village. If you are driving through Dasanapura Hobli in the Bangalore North Taluk area, you’ll find us at Survey Number 52/3. It’s a bit of a trek from the main part of the city, but it’s a lot quieter out here which helps when you have a lot of work to manage. The facility is fairly large because construction stuff takes up a good amount of space for storage. We have a crew that comes in every day from the villages nearby. Most of the guys have been with us for a long time. It’s a very practical environment. You’ll see trucks coming in and out, and there’s usually some noise from the machines. We don’t have a fancy front office with coffee or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, stacks of files, and the warehouse area. We stay busy with whatever orders come through on the phone. It gets quite dusty sometimes, especially when the weather is dry and the wind blows, but that is just part of the job out here. The village is growing, though. More and more buildings are going up around us every year. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day’s tasks. If someone drops by, we help them with whatever they need. It’s just the work we do and we’ve been at it for years.
