Plan N Design Concepts

Plan N Design Concepts is based in Frazer Town, at 101 on 3rd Main, 2nd Cross. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character, and we like being right in the middle of it. Our space isn't huge, but we make it work with drawing boards and computers squeezed in where they can fit. We spend our hours sketching out ideas and trying to visualize how a room or a whole building might look once it’s actually finished. It’s a lot of trial and error. Sometimes a concept looks great on paper but just doesn't feel right when you think about someone actually living in it. We have a lot of samples lying around—bits of wood, tile pieces, and fabric swatches that seem to migrate from one desk to another. It is a bit of a jumble, but we know where everything is. Being in Frazer Town means there is always good food nearby, which is a plus when we are working late on a layout or trying to fix a mistake. We don't try to sound like some big international corporation because we aren't. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of planning things out and seeing them come to life. The office is usually a bit noisy with people talking through ideas or the sound of the printer going off all the time. It’s a real workplace where we just try to do right by the projects we take on.
