PKN Caps & Polymers Pvt Ltd is situated in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, specifically at Kalewadi 95/96. Being in an industrial area means there’s always trucks moving and machines humming in the background. We make caps and different plastic polymer items for various uses. It’s a factory environment, so it’s loud and smells a bit like warm plastic most of the time. We’ve got a few big machines that run throughout the day. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do well. The team here is just a bunch of local workers who show up and get the production lines moving every morning. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Our office is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor so we can hear ourselves talk over the noise. We deal with a lot of raw materials and shipping crates. Some days the machines break down and we’re all hands on deck trying to get them started again. That’s just how it is working in Bommasandra. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just making parts that people need for their own products. We’ve been at 95/96 for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the industrial park. It’s a lot of hard work and long shifts, but we’re just glad to get the day's work finished. We just keep our heads down and focus on finishing the next batch of orders on our list before it's time to head home.
