Our office is at 12, 2nd Cross in the Sunkal Farm Layout. We are right near the Adugodi Post Office, which is pretty handy for sending out mail or receiving documents. Bangalore traffic is something else, so being in Adugodi works out okay for us since it is fairly central. We are developers, so we spend a lot of time thinking about land and buildings. It is a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it is just us working on the latest plans. We have got a few chairs for visitors and a lot of shelf space for heavy folders. The Sunkal Farm area is fairly decent, and it is easy for people to find us once they get off the main road. Sometimes it is a bit dusty with all the construction going on nearby, but that is just Bangalore for you. We just keep doing our thing. We do not have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just walking past the office near the P.O. It is a practical way to run a business. We focus on the building part and try not to get too distracted by all the noise. Every day is a bit different depending on which site we have to visit or which contractor we need to meet. We just take it as it comes.
