Pidilite Industries Ltd.

Our office for Pidilite Industries Ltd. is located in Bangalore at 302-B, Aishwarya A Gate. We are tucked into the 13th Cross in the 1st Phase of J.P. Nagar. The 560 078 area is a nice part of the city, though the traffic on the main roads can be a bit of a nightmare these days. We’ve been in this building for quite some time. It’s a standard office space where we manage the local business and keep track of everything going on in the region. There are about a dozen of us here on a typical day. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing you see in the tech parks. We prefer to keep things simple and direct. Most of our time is spent on the phone or working through the inventory lists. J.P. Nagar has a lot of trees, which makes the walk to lunch a bit more pleasant. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea. It’s a very grounded atmosphere. We know our regulars and the delivery guys who come by every afternoon. There isn't any secret to what we do; we just show up, do the work, and try to get home before the evening rush hour really kicks in. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we’ve grown quite fond of this specific corner of Bangalore over the years.
