Phuensum Builders

Phuensum Builders is situated in Bangalore, specifically at R.K. Hegdenagar. Our full address is 163, 1st Cross, Prasanthinagar, which is just behind Rastrottana Vidyakendra. It’s a bit of a mouthful to tell people over the phone, but it’s a quiet enough area for us to work. Being in Karnataka, we deal with the usual Bangalore traffic, but Hegdenagar isn’t as bad as the central parts of the city. Our office is a simple place. We’ve got blueprints and maps scattered around most of the time on the tables. It’s a builders' office, so it’s not meant to be pristine or overly decorated. There’s usually some dust and the sound of phones ringing or people talking about site updates. We don’t have a big showroom. If people want to see what we do, they usually just look at the projects we’ve finished in the area. The team here at Phuensum Builders is pretty small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know the local area well since we’re based right here in Prasanthinagar. It’s a growing part of Bangalore, so there’s always something new being built nearby or a new road being paved. We don’t use any fancy talk to describe our work. We just show up, do the planning, and see the construction through to the end. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours on site, but that’s just how the building business goes for us every day in Karnataka.
