You can find our optical shop at No. 54 in the BDA Shopping Complex on Kbar Road. We are right in the heart of Austin Town in Bangalore. It is a pretty busy spot with a lot of other shops nearby, so there’s always something going on. We have been here for a good while, helping people with their glasses and contact lenses. The shop is filled with various frames and the equipment we use for eye testing. It isn’t a massive space, so when we have a few customers, it can feel quite full. We spend a lot of our time doing vision tests and helping people pick out frames that don’t slide off their noses. Contact lenses are another big part of what we do, which involves a lot of explaining how to use them. The BDA Complex itself is a bit of an older building, and it has a very local feel to it. We aren't a high-end fashion boutique; we’re just a regular clinic where you get your eyes checked. Sometimes the lab takes a bit of time to get a specific lens ready, but we try to be clear about that. We see a lot of people from around Austin Town who have been coming to us since they were kids. It’s a steady, everyday business. We just keep our heads down and focus on the spectacles and prescriptions.
