Phoenix Medicare Pvt Ltd is based in Hsr Layout at a building we call Phoenix House, which is located at number 1783. We take up the second and third floors. Hsr Layout is a pretty popular area these days, so there are always new shops and cafes opening up around us. It makes the neighborhood feel alive, though parking can be a real pain sometimes. We deal with medicare supplies and services. Having two floors gives us a bit more room to separate the office work from the storage area. We spend a lot of time moving between the two levels. It’s a lot of walking up and down, but it keeps us active. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s mostly just shelves, boxes, and desks. We focus more on getting the orders right and making sure the supplies are where they need to be. We have a small team here and we’ve all been together for a while. Usually, the day is spent on the phone or checking the stock. It can get a bit hectic when a big shipment arrives, but we manage to get it sorted eventually. We like being in Hsr because everything we need is close by. It’s a good spot for a business like ours. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we just provide the medical items and try to stay organized in our two-story setup while keeping up with the daily demands.
