It’s a pretty big place, especially compared to some of the smaller offices in the city. The commute can be a real pain if you’re coming from the other side of Bangalore, as the Outer Ring Road is always a mess of buses and trucks. But once you get inside the campus, it’s a whole different world. It’s quite modern, though it still has that lived-in feel because so many people are there every day. We’ve got a lot of different departments all mashed together. Some days it feels like a bit of a maze trying to find a specific meeting room in the back. The canteen is usually where everyone catches up on the gossip or complains about the traffic on the way in. It’s not all high-tech gadgets and whiteboards; there’s a lot of regular paperwork and sitting at computers like anywhere else. We have people here who have been with the company since before this campus was even built. It’s a busy spot with a lot of movement, security guards checking badges, and people rushing to catch their company shuttles in the evening. It’s a big operation, but when you’re at your own desk, it just feels like any other office where you’re trying to get through your list of tasks for the day and go home on time.
