Peremboocolly Def Estate

We are located over at 10/2A in Benson Town. It is part of the Vrajshanti Vishwas Colony right on R C Dutt Road. Peremboocolly Def Estate has been handled from this spot for a good while. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we keep all the records and maps for the land. Managing an estate involves a lot of small details that most people don't think about until something goes wrong. We spend a lot of time looking at boundaries and dealing with the upkeep. The colony is usually peaceful, though the road outside can get a bit congested during the morning rush. We have a few old wooden chairs for visitors and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is mostly just about keeping things running smoothly for the property. We aren't a big corporate real estate firm with billboards everywhere. It is more about knowing the local ground and making sure the paperwork is in order. Sometimes we have to go out to the site, and other days we are just stuck here typing up reports or answering the phone. The neighbors know us, and we know the history of the area pretty well. It’s practical work that requires some patience. We just stay focused on the daily tasks of running the estate from our little corner here in Benson Town. It might not be exciting, but it is necessary work that we take seriously.
