Our place is over at C-328 on the 3rd Main in Peenya Industrial Estate. This part of Bangalore is always humming with machines and trucks, especially in the 1st Stage where we are located. We’ve been operating from this building for quite a bit. It’s a standard industrial setup with the office space and the floor where the real work happens. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking over the logs from the day before. The area is quite packed, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you arrive after nine. We have a small team that handles the technical side of things and another group that keeps the paperwork moving. It isn't a glamorous spot, just a lot of concrete and metal, but it works for what we do. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighboring units every day at the local stalls. The building itself has seen better days, but the equipment inside is kept in good shape. We spend a lot of time on the floor making sure the output matches the orders. It’s a lot of routine, really. Checking schedules, verifying part numbers, and making sure the crates are ready for the transport trucks that come through in the evenings. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Peenya over the years. It is a busy life, but it keeps us grounded. When the monsoon hits, the roads around here get messy, but we just keep the machines running and wait it out.
