We are based in BTM 1st Phase at No. 1/7-2. It’s on the 2nd Cross, and we are very close to the Udupi Garden. That’s usually how we tell people to find us. Being near the garden is great because it’s a major landmark and there are always plenty of rickshaws around. The office is on the second floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but it keeps us moving. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses. We have a few rooms here that we use for different things. It’s not a fancy corporate building, just a regular house that’s been converted into an office space. We have some fans that keep the air moving, which is necessary in the summer. The 2nd Cross is a bit narrower than the main roads, so it’s usually not too loud with traffic. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to get some fresh air. The furniture is a bit of a mix of styles, nothing matches perfectly. We’ve been here for a while and the location suits us well. There are so many food options around BTM that we never run out of places for lunch. We keep our records in some metal cabinets along the wall. It’s a lived-in space that feels comfortable for us. Sometimes the water pump makes a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. The front gate is a little rusty and squeaks when you open it.
