Being in Bangalore, you’d expect us to be in some glass tower, but we like it here in the society. It’s a bit quieter and feels more like a community. We do tech work, which means a lot of staring at screens and typing away. The office has that hum of computers that you get used to after five minutes. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a chance to stretch our legs and talk. Anjanapura is a nice part of the city. It’s away from some of the worst traffic, though not all of it. We are just a group of people who know our way around software and systems. We don't have a marketing department writing fancy slogans for us. We just fix problems and build things that work. Most of our meetings happen over plastic cups of coffee in the break area. It’s not polished, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but the work we do is solid. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards at the gate know us all by name. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We just keep at it and try to stay updated with how fast things change in tech.
