Veekay Packaging

Veekay Packaging is situated in the Govindappa Building, specifically in Ward 24 of the Peenya Kiadb Industrial Area. We’re in the 1st Phase, right near the Wipro factory and tucked behind Olympic Parcel Service. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you don’t know the turns. The building is usually full of the sound of machines and the smell of packing materials. We deal with a lot of boxes and wraps every single day. It’s a dusty job sometimes, but someone has to do it. The workers here have been with us for a long time, so we all know each other’s habits. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big sign out front. Most people just know where we are because of the landmark near the 1st Cross. Working in Peenya means dealing with industrial noise all day long, but it’s the heart of production in this part of town. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure everything is counted correctly. It’s not a clean-room environment; it’s a real workshop where things get made and moved. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon slump. There’s no corporate fluff here. We just work hard, keep the floors as clear as we can, and make sure the trucks can get in and out of the yard without hitting anything. It’s a long day, but we like the pace.
