Pawan Industries is tucked away at No. 8 Mayur Nagar on Andrahalli Main Road. Being in the Peenya Industrial Area 2nd State means we are surrounded by workshops and factories of all kinds. It’s a noisy part of town, but that’s where the work happens. We have been here for quite some time now. Our floor is usually covered in materials and the sound of machines running is constant. It’s not a place for a suit and tie. Most of us are in work clothes all day, dealing with the daily production tasks. We handle industrial parts and manufacturing. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend half the day fixing them ourselves. That’s just part of the life here. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, and the trucks have a hard time navigating the turns. But we manage. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy departments. It’s a hands-on operation where the owner is often on the floor with the rest of the crew. We focus on the orders we have for the week and try to stay on schedule. It’s hard work and the days are long. But there is a certain rhythm to it that we like. We’ve stayed in Peenya because it’s where everything happens for businesses like ours. The machines don't stop for long around here.
