Down in the Kiadb Industrial Area, specifically at 109 & 110 in the 4th Phase, is where we spend most of our time. It’s a busy part of Bommasandra, right off Jigani Link Road in Anekal Taluk. Being Pd Navkar Bio Chem Private Limited means we are always dealing with bio-chemicals, which involves a lot of technical work and paying attention to small details. The industrial area is always loud with trucks and people moving things around, so we fit right in. Our space is spread across two units, so there’s plenty of room for all the equipment we need to run things properly. We’ve been here long enough that the commute doesn’t bother us anymore. Working with chemicals and bio-based products requires a lot of patience. Some days are slower than others when we are waiting on shipments or testing things out. We aren't trying to be some massive conglomerate; we just want to get the orders right and keep the facility running without too many hiccups. People know where to find us if they need anything specific in the bio-chem line. It’s dusty and noisy outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We handle a lot of different requests, and we’ve seen all sorts of changes in the industry over the years. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and the machines act up, but we always manage to get through the day and start fresh tomorrow.
