Pavan Construction

Pavan Construction works out of Shree Laxmi Nivas on the 10th Cross in Govindaraj Nagar. It is a quiet enough spot in Banglore, though the traffic on the 3rd Main can get a bit much during the morning rush. We have been at this address for a long time. Mostly we are out at different sites, checking on how the brickwork or the foundations are coming along. When we are back at the office, it is mostly just sorting out bills and talking to people who want something built or fixed. It is a family-style business, so things are kept pretty relaxed. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that. It is just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of rolled-up plans sitting in the corners. You can hear the neighbors going about their day while we work. It is a nice part of the neighborhood to be in. We do our own thing and do not bother much with big corporate ways of doing business. If someone needs a wall fixed or a small house put up, they usually just walk in and ask for us. The office stays open late sometimes if a project is nearing the end and we need to finish the drawings. We keep it simple. Banglore is growing fast, so there is always something to do, but we like staying local to our area. It feels more honest that way for everyone involved.
