Patel Auto Agencies is on the first floor of No.17/2 in Journalist Colony. We are right there on J C Road, specifically the 2nd Cross. J C Road is famous for being the heart of the auto world around here, and we fit right in. Being on the first floor is a bit of a challenge when we have heavy parts to move, but we have gotten used to the stairs over the years. Our shop is packed with all kinds of auto parts and accessories. It’s a bit dusty, and the smell of rubber and metal is always in the air. We don't have any shiny displays or comfortable sofas. It is a place of business, and we are usually busy helping people find that one specific part they need to get their car back on the road. We have a lot of regular mechanics who stop by, and we’ve become friends with most of them. We don't bother with fancy marketing or big slogans. We just know our inventory. If you ask for something, we can usually tell you right away if it is in stock or if we need to order it. It’s a straightforward way of working. My brother and I run the place with a couple of helpers. We’ve been here for a long time and we’ve seen the car industry change so much, but a good spark plug is still a good spark plug.
