It’s a bit of a specific address, but it’s where we’ve set up our home base. Operating out of an apartment building like this gives our business a very personal feel. We aren't tucked away in some cold office park. We’re right here in the middle of a residential area. This works well for us since we deal with properties. It keeps us close to the kind of homes and neighborhoods we work with every day. The office itself is just a converted apartment space. It’s got a kitchen where we make way too much coffee and a living area that’s now filled with filing cabinets and desks. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with property matters. It’s straightforward work that requires a lot of patience and attention to detail. Naroda Road can get pretty busy, but once you step into HVS Homes-4, it quietens down a bit. We’ve gotten to know the security guards and some of the neighbors pretty well. It feels like a small community here. We don't have a big marketing budget or a flashy lobby. We just have our expertise and our willingness to help. That’s enough for us. We have been here for years now and it feels right.
