We are based at number 16 on 29th Main Road in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. Pat Granites Pvt Ltd has been dealing with stone slabs for a good while now. Granite is heavy and hard to move, so our yard is always full of cranes and lifting gear. It’s a noisy environment with the sound of cutting and polishing happening throughout the day. People come by to look at the different slabs of stone for their counters or floors. Every piece looks a bit different because that’s just how natural stone is. We don’t try to sugarcoat it; it’s a dusty, physical job. We spend a lot of time checking the edges and making sure the measurements are what the customers asked for. The office part of our building is simple and mostly used for paperwork. We aren't big on decorations. Our focus is really on the inventory out back. 29th Main is a busy road, so there’s always traffic passing by our gate. We get contractors stopping in and homeowners who are just starting a project. It’s a lot of loading and unloading trucks. We’ve stayed in BTM because it’s a good central spot for our deliveries.
