Pat Agency is tucked away at No.67/B in Frazer Town. If you know Coles Rd Crs, you know it gets pretty busy around here with all the shops and people. We’ve been in this specific spot for a long time. It’s a small office with a couple of old desks, some mismatched chairs, and a lot of paper files. We handle a variety of local tasks and paperwork for people in the area. Most of the time, we’re just sitting here filing things or talking to folks who walk in off the street with questions. It’s a quiet place mostly, unless the tea stall nearby is crowded or someone is honking on the road. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Just a few chairs if you have to wait while we finish a document. Being in Frazer Town, we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a good neighborhood to work in because people actually know each other. We like the old buildings and the way the trees shade the street in the late afternoon heat. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. That’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be some huge international firm with thousands of employees. We just do our work and go home. People know us by name around the corner. If you're looking for the office, just look for the old sign near the crossing.
