Our office is tucked away in Anand Arcade, right on Albert Victor Road in Kalasipalyam. It’s a really old part of Bangalore, and if you’re looking for us, the Rama Temple is the best landmark to use. Kalasipalyam is always moving, with trucks and buses everywhere, so it can be a bit dusty and loud most of the time. At Parveen Travels, we just focus on the daily tasks of booking seats and handling the logistics. The office itself is quite simple, just a few desks and some old files stacked up. We’ve got a small team here who know the area inside out. Sometimes the phone lines act up, or the internet is slow, but we just keep at it. It’s the kind of place where people walk in with their luggage already packed, looking for a way home or a trip out of the city. We don’t do anything flashy. We just sit here, drink our coffee, and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a very local atmosphere, and everyone around knows each other. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when the early arrivals come in. By evening, we’re mostly just wrapping things up and making sure the next day's lists are ready. It’s honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for quite some time now, just being part of the neighborhood.
