Parkway Development Pvt Ltd is based out of 209 Richmond Town in the GIDC Estate area of Savli. Being in an industrial estate means the surroundings are mostly other businesses and a lot of trucks moving around. Our office is a simple setup. We don't spend much on decorations because we are usually out on sites or busy with plans. Savli is a practical place to work from, even if it gets a bit noisy during the peak hours. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the neighbors are all good people doing their own thing. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at drawings. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The estate has its own rhythm, and we’ve grown used to the pace here. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, but we just carry on. We don't have a massive corporate structure. It's more of a small group of us trying to keep projects on track. We like the location because it’s central for what we do. It’s easy to get to different parts of Savli from the GIDC area. There isn't much to say about us other than we work hard and try to stay organized. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that stays busy. If you walk past 209, you'll see we're just a regular office doing our daily work. It is what it is, just a local business trying to stay productive.
