The office for Paranjpe Construction Schemes Ltd is located in Bangalore. We are over at House 32 on the 4th Cross of the 42 Main road. This is in B.T.M Stage II. It is a busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic on the main roads. Our office is a simple house that we converted so we could have a base of operations in this part of Bangalore. B.T.M Layout is a big area, so being in Stage II helps us stay close to a lot of the work we are doing. The 4th Cross can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't familiar with the street layout, but House 32 is a recognizable building once you get there. We have a few rooms set up for the staff and a place to keep all the construction drawings. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a practical place to run a business. We chose this spot because it’s central for our team. Most of us live nearby or can get here without too much trouble. We don't have any big advertisements on the outside of the building. We just have a small nameplate so people know they have the right house. Dealing with construction schemes in a city like Bangalore keeps us pretty busy most days. There is always someone coming or going from House 32 to check on a site.
