Paramount Connector Systems Pvt. Ltd. is based at B-77 in the KSSIDC Industrial Estate in Rajajinagar. We’ve been in this particular unit for quite a while now. It’s one of those standard industrial sheds with the blue metal doors. Inside, it’s mostly long worktables where we handle all the connector assemblies and wiring. It’s not the quietest environment, especially when the neighboring units are running their machinery, but we don’t mind. We have a small office area partitioned off with some glass that is usually covered in fingerprints and sticky notes. The staff here is pretty small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time, so we don't need many formal meetings. We just know what needs to be packed and shipped out. The Rajajinagar area is convenient because it’s close to everything, though the roads inside the estate are a bit bumpy and full of potholes. We keep a stash of tea and biscuits in the cupboard for when things get busy in the afternoon. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little disorganized, and we have to spend a Saturday morning straightening everything out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the connectors we send out actually work the way they are supposed to. It’s practical, straightforward work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without any extra flash.
