We’ve been tucked away here at Ayyappa Nivas in Dodda Banaswadi for quite some time now. Our office is on the 1st Main, right at the corner of 2nd Cross in Krishna Reddy Layout. It is a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always noise from the street, but we don't mind it much. Most days, you’ll find us sorting through electrical components or sketching out plans on the old wooden desks. The stairs in the building are a bit narrow, and the fan in the main room makes a clicking sound when it’s on high, but it gets the job done. We deal with all sorts of electrical things here at Pace Electricals. Usually, the morning starts with a quick tea and then we get right into checking the inventory. We have quite a few regular people who drop by. Living and working in Bangalore 43 means dealing with the traffic, but being local helps us get around faster. The sign outside isn't very big, so people sometimes miss the turn into the cross, but once you find us, it’s pretty straightforward. We keep our tools organized as best as we can, though things get messy when we are in the middle of a big project. It’s just how it goes when you’re working with your hands every day. We don’t have fancy lobby chairs or anything like that. Just a couple of plastic ones if someone needs to sit while we talk shop.
