Pace Associates

Pace Associates is over on FM Cariappa Road in Richmond Town. Our address is 17/1. It’s a decent area with some old trees and a lot of traffic during rush hour. We’ve been working out of this office for years. It’s an old building, but it has a lot of character. We don't have the newest furniture or the most modern lighting, but it's comfortable for us. We spend our days at 17/1 handling whatever comes our way. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just all pitch in. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when we’re all talking at once, but that’s just how we operate. We don’t really do much in the way of self-promotion. Most of our work comes from people who just know we’re here in Richmond Town. We appreciate the local vibe of FM Cariappa Road. You can find us here most weekdays from morning until late afternoon. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our jobs well and keep the lights on. It’s a practical approach to business. We drink a lot of coffee and keep the files moving. It's a good place to spend the day. We've got our routine down and it works for us. No need to complicate things more than necessary.
