Overnite Express Ltd

Overnite Express has this branch over at 37 Albert Street in the Maranpally area, which is part of Hebbal Post in Bangalore. It is a different vibe than our other locations because of the street we are on. Albert Street is usually packed with vehicles and people moving around, so there is never a dull moment. Inside the office, it is mostly just us and a lot of packages piled up in different corners depending on where they are headed. We have some scales for weighing things and a couple of computers that have been around for years. It’s not a sleek place, but it works for what we need to do. Most of us here have been doing this for a long time, so we can pretty much guess the weight of a box just by looking at it now. We spend a lot of time sorting through labels and making sure everything is bagged up correctly for the evening pickups. The fan overhead usually makes a bit of a clicking sound, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but nobody really cares about that as long as the parcels go out on time. We just focus on the daily grind and making sure we don't misplace any of the paperwork that keeps the whole operation running. It's a simple, hardworking atmosphere every day, and we usually close up once the last truck has been loaded and sent on its way.
