Otto Hofstetter India Pvt Ltd is based in Peenya Industrial Area Phase II, specifically at 1A. Peenya is a huge place full of factories and workshops, and we are right in the middle of it. The area is all concrete and grey buildings, so it’s not exactly a scenic spot. Our building is a solid, functional space where we handle the technical side of things. It can be quite quiet inside compared to the noise of the machinery outside. We have a small team of people who focus on the technical details of the work. The office has basic furniture and some older computers that still do the job. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. Usually, there are some blueprints or technical drawings spread across the main table. The commute to Peenya can be a bit of a struggle with all the heavy traffic, so we all tend to arrive early to beat the rush. There isn't much to do around here during breaks, so we usually just sit in the small pantry and talk about our weekends. It’s a straightforward workplace where the focus is on getting the numbers right. Dust is a constant battle because of all the construction nearby, but we do our best to keep the equipment clean. It’s just a regular industrial office doing its part in this big manufacturing hub.
