Bangalore is a fast-paced city, but our little spot stays pretty grounded. We deal with various engineering components and projects. The building we are in has been around for a while. It feels more like a home than a sterile office. We have rooms filled with technical drawings and some samples of what we work on. The traffic in this part of town can be a real headache, so we try to plan our site visits carefully. There is usually a lot of noise from the street, but once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't really into the whole high-tech startup vibe that you see elsewhere in the city. We are more old-school. We have our regulars who come by, and we spend a lot of time on the phone. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small kitchen area. It’s a simple life. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sign outside. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know Jasmaan Nivas. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical requirements of our clients. It’s what we’ve always done, and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved.
