We are located at No.8 on 7th Cross in the 3rd Block of Jakkasandra, right in the Koramangala area of Bangalore. If you know Bangalore, you know how busy Koramangala gets, especially with all the shops and offices around here. Our spot is tucked away a bit, which is nice because the main roads are always jammed. We have got a small setup here where we handle all the elevator business for this side of the city. The weather in Bangalore is usually okay, but the rain can sometimes slow us down when we are trying to get to a site. Inside the office, it is mostly just desks, phones, and stacks of manuals. We are not big on fancy decorations. Most of our guys are out in the field from morning until evening. We handle a lot of calls from the nearby apartment blocks and commercial buildings. It is a lot of manual work and getting your hands dirty. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we usually get our lunch from the local spots nearby. It is a plain, hardworking environment. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. It is just us technicians and a couple of people handling the admin work. We keep things simple and try to stay on top of the schedule. Every day is different depending on which lift needs attention. That is just how life is at our Jakkasandra branch.
