Ossoor Estates Ltd

We've been operating Ossoor Estates Ltd for a while now, mostly focusing on the land and properties around the Yavat area in Tal Daund. Our main office is over on the 9th floor of E Towers, which is right near the Chinmaya Mission Hospital if you know that landmark. People usually find us there when they have questions about their holdings or need to sort out some paperwork related to the estates we handle. It’s a busy spot near the Pune Solapur Road, so there is always plenty going on outside our windows. The team here just gets on with the daily tasks of managing the grounds and making sure the records are kept straight. We aren't a big fancy operation, just a group of people working out of this office near Halasuru. Sometimes the elevator in the tower takes a bit of time, but we are always here during the regular hours. We deal with various aspects of estate management, from looking after the physical boundaries to handling the various administrative bits that come up. It can get a bit dusty out this way sometimes with the road traffic, but it’s where we are based. If you are coming from the hospital side, we are pretty easy to spot. We just try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved with the properties we look after. It's practical work that keeps us on our toes most days. We have been in this location for years now.
