We set up our office at 53/A on the New Bhatar Main Road in Koramangala. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always someone popping in to ask about a plot or a rental. We’ve got a couple of desks and a lot of paper folders everywhere. Koramangala has changed a lot since we first started, and we’ve seen shops come and go. Our spot is pretty basic. We don’t have those fancy glass walls or expensive furniture. We just have maps of the local areas pinned to the wall and some plastic chairs for guests. Most of our day is spent either on the phone or walking around the neighborhood to look at different sites. The traffic outside is constant, so we’ve gotten used to the honking. Sometimes the tea seller stops by and we take a break. It's not a high-pressure corporate environment. It feels more like a local hub where people come to talk about where they want to live or build. We keep things pretty simple here. If you come by, you might find us arguing over a property line or just drinking water and waiting for a client. We don't try to impress anyone with big words. We just know this area well and we show up every morning to do the paperwork. It’s been our home base for a long time and we like being part of the noise.
