You can find us at number 61 in the Lakshmaiah Layout, right off the 6th cross in the New Extension of Subbanaplaya. It’s just off the Banaswadi Main Road in Bangalore. Being in the property business, it helps that we are located in such a busy and growing part of the city. Our office is a straightforward space where we keep all our listings and files. It’s not decorated with fancy art or anything, just some maps of the local area and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out showing people different plots and apartments. The traffic on Banaswadi Main Road is something we deal with every single day. It’s part of the job. We have a few chairs for visitors, but mostly we are on the move. We’ve been in this specific layout for a few years now and have seen the buildings go up all around us. It’s a lot of work to keep track of who is selling and who is buying. We don't use any high-pressure tactics. We just show what’s available and let people decide. Sometimes we stay late to finish paperwork when it’s quiet. It’s a small office, and we all know each other well. We prefer it this way because it stays simple and we don't have to deal with too much red tape. Our door is usually propped open during the day to let some air in.
