Opsis Placements

Opsis Placements is our small office situated in BTM Layout. Specifically, we are at No.06, 2nd Stage, 4th Cross, 6th Main in the Mico Layout section. We are very close to the State Bank of India, which is usually the easiest way for people to find us. We work on helping people find jobs and connecting them with companies that need workers. It’s a busy little office because we have people coming in for interviews or to drop off their resumes quite often. The space isn't very big, so it can get a bit crowded on Monday mornings. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for people to wait in while we look through things. We aren't a huge recruitment firm with fancy software; we mostly just talk to people and look through files to see who fits where. BTM is a very active area with lots of students and job seekers, so being here makes a lot of sense for what we do. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, which is good for us and for the people who visit from out of town. We try to be helpful and straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a basic operation but it keeps us on our toes every day. We've been in this Mico Layout spot for a while now and we like the pace of the neighborhood. It's a decent place to be for a small team like ours.
